15-Day No-Risk Test Ride Policy
We stand behind the quality of our ebike and want to make sure you find one that fits your specific lifestyle and riding conditions.
That’s why we’re now offering you the opportunity to test ride any of our ebike for up to 15 days, free of charge. Want to return your ebikes? Simply take the box, submit a return form and send it back to our team!
If for any reason you decide this bike isn’t right for you, or you’d like to opt for a different Esuvehicle model, simply contact us within 15 days of the ebikes delivery date to return it.
* Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and that you must keep all packaging materials, all labels, manuals, and included items intact inside the box.
1. How does the test period work?
If the bikes you purchased does not meet or exceed your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team to find out if you are eligible for a return. Esuvehicle will only approve returns if: you receive it within 15 days of delivery, the ebike has less than 10 miles on the digital odometer, is still in "new" condition, is packed in original materials and box, and all components are included.
2. What is "new" condition?
In order to be considered "new" condition, the ebike must be completely free of damage, dirt, dust, scratches, etc., and have less than 10 miles on the odometer.
3. Will I get a refund regardless?
If you return the bike in good condition, with less than 10 miles and no issues, you will receive a 100% refund, minus return shipping costs and the MAP value of any promotional accessories included in your order, except for labor costs associated with initial bike assembly or component installation.
If there is any damage or other issues with the bikes, the cost of the repair will be deducted from your refund. Esuvehicle may reject your return if the bikes is severely damaged, worn, and/or has more than 10 miles on it.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will only be processed once the ebike has been received and inspected by the Esuvehicle Customer Service team. The inspection process typically takes up to two weeks after the ebike arrives at our warehouse in CA. Once the inspection is complete and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, but may take up to 30 days in some cases.
5. I threw away the box and packaging, how can I return it?
If you would like to return an item within the 15-day trial period, please be sure to keep all packaging materials. This includes all original packaging, all labels, manuals, and undamaged merchandise. If you do not keep the original packaging and merchandise, we will deduct the associated costs from your refund.
6. Can I buy 7 bikes and return the unwanted parts?
No, each customer is limited to one return per year.
Shipping Damage Claims
Upon receipt, please inspect your item for damage or missing items. If your bikes was damaged in shipping, please take photos of the ebikes and box to document the damage, then contact our Customer Service team who will work with you to find the best solution. Freight damage claims are extremely urgent and we accept freight damage claims beyond 3 business days of delivery. Please note any damage to the product on the bill of lading before you and the delivery driver sign for the shipment. Please take photos of any damage you notice and date the photos if possible. Please contact Esuvehicle Customer Service within 3 business days of delivery to report a shipping damage claim to us.
7. My bike arrived damaged - when does my trial end?
While this is extremely rare, we are sorry to hear that your Esuvehicle e-bike is not functioning properly! Your trial will begin once you receive your replacement part or new bike and the bike is functioning properly.
8. Local Pickup
All local pickups must be inspected by the customer for cosmetic damage before the shipment is signed for, otherwise the 15-day trial period will not apply.
9. I purchased one bikes, returned it, and then changed my mind and purchased it again. Am I eligible?
No, you are not eligible to return a previously returned bikes.
10. I purchased my bikes from a dealer or third party, am I eligible?
No, only customers who purchase bikes directly from https://esubike.com are eligible for the risk-free trial policy.
