Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 6% handling and restocking fee, applied at the discretion of Esuvehicle.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly via email to: info@esuvehicle.com


Return Policy

  • Esuvehicle does not accept returns once the product has been shipped, unless the item is incorrect, damaged upon delivery, or missing parts.

  • If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense.

  • If the product is missing components, we will provide replacement parts or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Important Return Conditions:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Do not assemble or modify the product in any way.

  • Esuvehicle is not responsible for damage occurring during the return shipping process.


Refund Process

    Email our customer service team at info@esuvehicle.com to initiate your return or refund request.

  2. Authorization
    Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and a Refund Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Refund Issuance
    Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
